Front & rear panels
The front and rear panels are body structure elements that, although usually hidden behind bumpers, headlights, or grilles, play a crucial role in the safety and integrity of the vehicle. The front panel is the skeletal part of the front of the car, to which headlights, the radiator, hood lock, bumper, and fenders are attached. The rear panel is located similarly at the back of the car. It serves as a mount for the rear lights, bumper, trunk lid, and also trunk interior elements. The rear panel, like the front one, affects the rigidity of the body and is important in the event of rear impacts.
